Getting Started
To get started, you need to create an account, complete identity verification (KYC or KYB), and connect both your bank account and crypto wallet.
Visit our signup page to create an account. Provide basic personal information and follow the steps to verify your identity. Once verified, link your bank account and wallet to begin converting crypto and fiat.
Yes. To comply with financial regulations and ensure secure transactions, all users must complete a KYC or KYB process as a part of the onboarding process.
For initial/basic KYC, you will need a valid government-issued ID. For enhanced KYC (for upgraded transaction limits), you may be asked to provide a selfie and/or proof of address for verification.
Yes. During the onboarding process, select "Business" and fill out the necessary KYB information.
You can link your bank account on the bank accounts page. ACH and wire transfers are supported.
You can connect wallets on the wallets page. Simply paste your wallet address and select the blockchain.
Using Adesic
Log into your Adesic account, select the cryptocurrency, enter the desired quantity, then follow the prompts to convert to USD and transfer to your bank account.
We support USD and a wide range of cryptocurrencies. Visit our supported crypto page for the full list.
The blockchain is automatically determined based on the wallet you select. If you have wallets across multiple blockchains, select the one you wish to use when confirming the transaction details.
Yes, fees vary by transaction type and currency. Adesic offers fee-less USDC transactions on the Adesic Pro Plan. Visit our fees page for details.
Deposits and withdrawals can be initiated from your Adesic dashboard. For fiat, we support ACH and wire. For crypto, enter your destination wallet address.
We offer an alpha version of card and PayPal support for select users on the Adesic Pro Plan. Contact support for access.
