E-Sign Consent

This E-Sign Consent (“Consent”) applies to all disclosures, agreements, notices, statements, and other communications (“Communications”) that Adesic LLC. (“Adesic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is legally required to provide to you in writing in connection with your Adesic account and our products and services (“Services”). By applying for, opening, or using an Adesic account or Services, you consent to receive all Communications electronically. If you do not consent to this Consent, you may not be able to open or use an Adesic account or our Services.

1. Scope of Consent

By agreeing to this Consent, you agree that we may provide all Communications to you electronically, and you agree to conduct transactions and sign documents electronically. These Communications include, but are not limited to:

  • Legal and regulatory disclosures and communications related to your account or our Services;

  • Notices or amendments regarding our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, or this E-Sign Consent;

  • Statements, confirmations, billing information, and transaction receipts;

  • Account, transaction, or product-related alerts, and updates regarding your relationship with Adesic;

  • Federal and state tax documents and disclosures; and

  • Any other communications in connection with your Adesic account or use of the Services.

2. Methods of Electronic Communication

We will provide electronic Communications to you by (a) posting them on the Adesic website (adesic.com), (b) emailing them to the primary email address associated with your account, (c) through our web or mobile app, or (d) through other electronic means (such as push notifications or text messages).

3. Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic Communications, you must have:

  • A device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) with internet access and a supported, up-to-date web browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox) with cookies enabled and 128-bit encryption;

  • A valid email account;

  • An operating system capable of receiving, accessing, and displaying Communications;

  • If you wish to store or print Communications, a device with sufficient storage and a printer; and

  • Software capable of viewing PDF documents (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader).

4. Updating Your Contact Information

It is your responsibility to keep your email address and other contact information current. You can update your contact information by logging into your Adesic account or by contacting us at support@adesic.com.

5. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time by contacting us at support@adesic.com. Your withdrawal will be effective only after we have had a reasonable period of time to process your request. Please note that withdrawing your consent may result in the closure of your Adesic account and your inability to use our Services.

6. Requesting Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of any electronic Communication by contacting us at support@adesic.com. Please include your mailing address and specify the document you would like to receive. We may charge a reasonable fee for each paper copy requested, as permitted by law.

7. Electronic Signatures

You agree that your electronic signature, including clicking “I Agree” or similar buttons or actions, has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

8. Communications in Writing

All electronic Communications provided to you under this Consent will be considered “in writing” and will have the same legal effect as paper documents. We recommend that you print or save copies of important Communications for your records.

9. U.S. Federal Law

You acknowledge and agree that this Consent is provided in accordance with the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (“E-SIGN Act”), and you intend that the E-SIGN Act applies to validate your ability to engage electronically in transactions with Adesic.

10. Changes to this Consent

We reserve the right to modify or terminate this E-Sign Consent at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you as required by law.
