Transaction Guarantee

At Adesic, we strive to ensure that all transactions are secure, efficient, and successful. To provide our customers with peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive transaction guarantee for our cryptocurrency transfer services. This policy outlines the circumstances under which we guarantee transactions and the scenarios where this guarantee does not apply.
This guarantee applies only to permanent, unrecoverable loss of customer funds solely due to an identifiable error or failure attributable to Adesic. If your funds are not lost but simply delayed or otherwise recoverable, we will return the full amount as soon as possible.
1. Scope of the Guarantee
Our transaction guarantee covers the following:
- Transaction Guarantee Limit: For eligible transactions, Adesic guarantees reimbursement or refund for qualifying errors up to $10,000 USD per transaction. This limit applies to the total value of the affected transaction, regardless of the original amount. Transactions exceeding $10,000 are not covered beyond this limit. If a portion of a transaction exceeding $10,000 is lost due to our error, we will reimburse up to $10,000 of the lost amount.
- Successful Conversion: We guarantee that if a transaction initiated through our platform fails to convert cryptocurrency to fiat (or vice versa) due to an identifiable error on our part, we will refund the amount of the transaction up to the $10,000 cap.
- System Errors: If a transaction fails due to a verifiable system malfunction or technical error within the Adesic platform, we will refund the affected amount up to the $10,000 cap.
- Lost Transactions: In the event that a transaction is lost due to a verifiable error attributable to Adesic, we will compensate the customer for the lost amount up to $10,000 per transaction.
All guarantee claims are subject to investigation and Adesic’s sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny any claim if we determine the loss is not attributable to Adesic’s error. Eligible transactions are defined at Adesic’s sole discretion. Certain transaction types or services may be excluded from coverage and will be specified at the time of transaction. This guarantee does not apply to aggregated losses across multiple transactions, and the maximum coverage per individual transaction is $10,000 USD.
2. Exclusions from the Guarantee
The transaction guarantee does not cover issues arising from customer errors, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect Wallet Addresses: If the customer sends cryptocurrency to the wrong wallet address, Adesic is not responsible for the lost funds.
- Incorrect Banking Information: If the customer provides incorrect banking information, Adesic is not liable for any failed or lost transactions.
- Third-Party Errors: Transactions that fail due to errors from third-party service providers or banks are not covered by this guarantee.
- Customer Negligence: Any loss resulting from the customer's failure to follow proper procedures or provide accurate information is not covered.
- Network or Blockchain Events: Losses or delays caused by blockchain network failures, congestion, smart contract vulnerabilities, or events outside Adesic’s direct control are not covered.
- Force Majeure: Events such as natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, government actions, or other force majeure events are excluded from this guarantee.
- Fraudulent or Illegal Activity: Any claim involving suspected fraud, regulatory violations, or illegal transactions is not eligible and may be reported to the authorities.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and wallets. Adesic is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized access due to customer negligence.
3. Claim Process
To file a claim under our transaction guarantee, customers must:
- Contact Adesic Support: Notify us within 30 days of the failed transaction by contacting our support team at support@adesic.com.
- Provide Transaction Details: Submit detailed information about the transaction, including transaction ID, date, amount, and a description of the issue.
- Verification: Allow Adesic to investigate the transaction. We may request additional information or documentation to verify the claim.
Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.
4. Resolution
Upon verification of the claim:
- If Adesic is found to be at fault, we will process eligible refunds within 10 business days following the completion of our investigation.
- If the issue is determined to be due to customer error or an exclusion listed above, the transaction guarantee will not apply.
5. Limitation of Liability
Adesic’s liability under this transaction guarantee is limited to a maximum of $10,000 USD per eligible transaction. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from a failed transaction, including, but not limited to, lost profits or business interruption.
6. No Insurance or Government Guarantee
The Adesic transaction guarantee is a voluntary, company-backed policy. It is not a form of insurance and is not backed by any government agency, including the FDIC, SIPC, or any other deposit insurer. Adesic reserves the right to deny or limit claims at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or regulatory concerns.
7. Amendments
Adesic reserves the right to amend this transaction guarantee policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers via our website and will apply to transactions conducted after the effective date of the amendment.
8. Recovery of Funds After Compensation
If Adesic compensates you under this guarantee and subsequently recovers the lost funds, you may be required to return any duplicate amount or cooperate in facilitating the return of those funds to Adesic.
Nothing in this guarantee affects your statutory rights under applicable law.
