Refund Policy
Last Updated: April 10, 2026
This Refund Policy explains when payments, subscription fees, and transactions may be eligible for review, credit, or refund.
1. Subscription Plans
Subscription and usage-based fees are generally non-refundable except for confirmed billing errors.
- No Partial Refunds: Payments for annual or monthly plans, including developer or API subscriptions, are non-refundable. This includes any unused portion of your subscription period.
- Pay-Per-Use and API Billing: Charges for API usage, per-call billing, or other pay-per-use services are also non-refundable. You are responsible for all usage fees incurred through your account.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your Adesic subscription (annual, monthly, or API) at any time from your dashboard. Once canceled, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for future billing periods. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time or unused API calls.
- Billing Errors: If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact support within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and correct any confirmed errors. All usage and subscription fees remain non-refundable except in the case of confirmed billing errors.
2. Cryptocurrency and Fiat Transactions
Cryptocurrency, token, digital asset, and fiat transactions carry unique settlement, reversal, and fraud risks. The rules below apply to transactions initiated through the Adesic platform.
WARNING: LOSSES DUE TO FRAUDULENT OR ACCIDENTAL TRANSACTIONS MAY NOT BE RECOVERABLE, AND TRANSACTIONS IN VIRTUAL CURRENCY ARE IRREVERSIBLE.
- Finality and Irreversibility: All cryptocurrency, token, and digital asset transactions initiated via the Adesic platform are final, irreversible, and non-refundable once submitted or confirmed on the applicable blockchain. Due to the decentralized and immutable nature of blockchain technology, Adesic has no ability to reverse, cancel, recover, or refund completed cryptocurrency transactions.
- Risk Acknowledgment: You expressly acknowledge and agree that this is consistent with the risks disclosed in Adesic’s Consumer Protection Policy, Section 5 of the Terms of Service, and the Digital Asset Risk Disclaimer.
- Extremely Limited Exception: A refund will be considered only in the extremely rare event that (i) a transaction fails due to a verifiable technical malfunction that is solely and directly attributable to Adesic’s systems, and (ii) the funds have not yet been broadcast to or confirmed on the blockchain network. Any such refund is entirely at Adesic’s sole and absolute discretion and is not guaranteed under any circumstances.
- No Refunds in All Other Cases: Adesic will not issue refunds (and shall have no liability) for any loss resulting from user error (including, without limitation, sending funds to an incorrect wallet address or providing incorrect transaction details), scams, fraud, market volatility, price changes, blockchain congestion, network failures, smart-contract issues, third-party service failures, or any other cause. Adesic does not support or process chargebacks, reversals, or disputes for any cryptocurrency or fiat transactions.
- No Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate any chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Doing so may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
3. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your account has been compromised or a transaction was unauthorized, contact support at support@adesic.com immediately. We reserve the right to investigate any claims of fraud or unauthorized activity and may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit if appropriate.
4. Refund Claims Process
To request review of a failed transaction, you must follow the process below.
- Notify Us Promptly: Contact Adesic Support within 30 days of the failed transaction by emailing support@adesic.com.
- Provide Details: Submit detailed information about the transaction, including transaction ID, date, amount, and a description of the issue.
- Cooperate with Verification: Allow Adesic to investigate the transaction. We may request additional information or documentation to verify the claim.
- Claim Evaluation: All refund claims are subject to investigation and may be denied if the loss is not attributable to Adesic’s error, or if you fail to provide requested documentation.
5. Exclusions
Refunds and compensation do not apply in the following circumstances:
- User Error: Transactions sent to incorrect wallet addresses, or with incorrect details provided by the user.
- Incorrect Banking Information: Incorrect or incomplete banking details provided by the user.
- Third-Party Errors: Transactions that fail due to errors by third-party service providers, payment processors, or banks.
- Customer Negligence: Losses resulting from the user’s failure to follow procedures or provide accurate information.
- Network or Blockchain Events: Losses or delays caused by blockchain network failures, congestion, smart contract vulnerabilities, or events outside Adesic’s direct control.
- Force Majeure: Events beyond Adesic’s reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, or government actions.
- Fraudulent or Illegal Activity: Claims involving suspected fraud, regulatory violations, or illegal transactions are not eligible and may be reported to the authorities.
- Aggregated Claims: Refunds or compensation are evaluated on a per-transaction basis. Aggregated or cumulative claims across multiple transactions are not permitted.
- Ineligible Transactions: Only transactions conducted directly through the Adesic platform and in compliance with our Terms of Service are eligible for a refund. Transactions outside of Adesic’s direct control, including those using unauthorized third-party services, are excluded.
6. Additional Terms
The following additional terms apply to any refund, credit, or compensation request.
- Finality: Refunds or compensation are issued at Adesic’s sole discretion and only after verification of eligibility.
- Recovery of Funds: If Adesic compensates you for a failed transaction and subsequently recovers the lost funds, you agree to promptly return any duplicate or excess funds to Adesic or cooperate to facilitate the return of those funds.
- No Insurance or Government Guarantee: This refund policy is a voluntary, company-backed policy. It is not a form of insurance and is not backed by any government agency, including the FDIC, SIPC, or any other deposit insurer. Adesic is not an insurer and this policy does not constitute insurance or a guarantee of reimbursement.
- Statutory Rights: Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable law.
- Amendments: Adesic reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website and apply to transactions conducted after the effective date of the amendment.
